Micra not starting (out of the blue)

Hi
My micra was running perfectly till yesterday night. came home and parked it last night after doing 30 miles on the motor way

today when i tried to start it - it didn't start
I can hear the starter motor turning. But the engine doesn't fire up. When I switch on the ignition can hear the fuel pump whirring as usual - I tried removing the pump fuse and trying to start it then fixing it back to see if it worked but no luck.
I'm pretty sure its not the battery either.
I had a full service done only a few months ago.

Any ideas what might be wrong. I don't have a home start option on RAC so don't know what to do

Hi, I had a similar problem. It's probobly just damp. There's been a lot of rain and the damp plays havoc with the electrics. Spray the dissy and plugs with wd40 or similar, it'll start then.:grinning:
