Micra K12 doors wont open!!! Only left it 7 days!!!

Hi folks! Please help? I've been away and come back to a Nissan Micra that will not open. The remote/key fob is having no joy when I press any buttons and it will not open. I then tried the key in the 'secret' lock and it doesn't work... I now have no access to the inside of my car! can anybody shed any light or advise me on what I can do? Even if the car battery was dead, it doesn't explain why the doors wont open and why I can't get in! Please help! Thanks.
