Got the inejctor changed out ok.
Tip I found (mine pre coil pack). Soak the screws & injector head in plus gas for 24 hours and get a decent quality cross head screwdriver. Push hard and turn. The screws will undo without cross head shearing.
Then get a pair of molegrips and gently grab & turn the injector with a gentle pulling action. The injector will start to come out. There is no need too undo the fuel bar and push from the bottom, as Haynes manual says.
All running ok now!
