Micra K11 cutting out

Hi,
I have a micra K11 1993 and having some issues with it. The problem is really intermittent and only happens when I’m stopping it just dies and cuts out suddenly. Occasionally the revs will jump up and down before it does it but normally just dies without warning.

When it dies the engine cuts out but all electrics still stay on and it normally starts straight away again. A few times it has taken one or two times to restart though. I have changed the temp sensor and cleaned the throttle body as was a bit mucky but it is still doing it. What else should I be checking.

As it’s really intermittent I struggle to get it to do it to test it.

Probably the IAC valve dirty or not working, you can take it out and clean it.
If the car runs ok except when stopping probably not the MAF sensor.
If the IAC cleaning doesnt work you can try and open a bit more the idle screw on the back of the throttle body.
Lastly i would check that when the throttle is in its rest position the potentiometer shows around 0,45 V as thats what it should give when fully closed.
