Micra K11 Complete Power Steering set

Hi Guys,

I'd like to fit power steering to my girlfriend's K11 micra - I'm after the full PAS system.

I'm guessing that would include the rack, the steering UJ, pipes, fluid bottle, pump and support brackets for the fluid bottle and pipes. Anything else?

the spline shafts of the steering column and rack & UJ between my 1993 non-pas and 1998 pas were of different sizes

Thanks Polly. Do you reckon they changed the spline size on later models or were they different between the PAS and non PAS? I'll try and get hold of a later model's PAS kit just in case.

not sure kav but i'd measure the pas kit will fit ur current steering column before buying/commencing.

if it doesn't fit then you'd have to either swap over the entire column, ign barrel, keys & locks
or remove the ign barrel and reinstall onto new pas column with new tamperproof bolts

No idea matey...I'm guessing 30ish psi.

i run sidewall max pressure (40 ish, depending on brand) and it makes for very light steering :grinning:
