Micra K10 Camshafts

Hi can anyone tell me if there are any differences in duration and lift on standard Micra k10 8v camshafts 1.2cc(MA12s) and 1.0cc(MA10s)?
any info would be appreciated

they,re all the same i think bill, tho the superturbo one has pretty wild 57/11/17/57 timings according to wiki
