Micra Fuel Rail info needed please......

Hi folks,
First post here so be gentle. ;-)
I am converting my old Austin Mini to run a CG13 Micra engine. The engine is fitted, and is just needing the other bits connected.
I was wondering if the fuel pressure regulator and injectors for the 1.0 and 1.3 were the same? I have two fuel rails, one from the original 1.3, and another I was given for a 1.0.
The injectors on the 1.0 have a number "3" stamped into them, and a blue dash of paint on each, and the 1.3 injectors have a number "5" stamped on them and a dash of black paint.
The fuel regulators are also different looking. The 1.0 version runs at 300Kpa, but I cant find info on the A44-V21 version on the 1.3.
I have read that folk say that the rail and injectors are the same for the 1.0 and 1.3? Is this true or as I suspect, false and they are different?

Ive removed all the injectors now and giving it all a good clean up. I'm using the new 1.0 fuel rail as my old 1.3 rail is seriously rusty. The 1.3 injectors will be used, but the pressure regulator from the 1.0 is in better condition. If its the same I would like to use it?
Ive been looking for an injector service kit, and new seals for the inlet manifold but cant find anything online. Any ideas?

For the coilpack engines they're all the same, rail, injectors. I'm not that aufait with dizzy ones but im sure you'll be OK.
