micra c-c roof not opening fully ....half a drop top

My micra convertible roof isnt coming down fully ... boot opens and the front opens but roof wont fold at all ... both rams dont pull the roof over .... there doesnt seem to be any leaks ... does any body know how many sensors are on it and where about ..

I have the same problem - a mere 8 years on! Does anyone else who owns a CC have this problem? Boot opens, roof unlocks (or attempts to) but the roof won't pull down into the boot.
Aircon is broken so right now this car is like an absolute oven! Help!
