Micra Aerial Help

Hi, I have a nissan micra but the other day the aerial snapped right at the base.

Does anyone know where I can get a new one, i've looked around on ebay etc but can't find one anywhere?

And how easy are they to replace, will I need to take out the interior light?

Have you tried looking at getting one from Nissan themselves? I know thats probably the most expensive option, but would be the right part. Otherwise could always install an aftermarket ariel in it's place.

Can anyone tell me how I get to the bolt for the aerial, I tried to pull down the lining on the inside of the roof but It won't really budge and I don't want to damage it, Do I need to take off the visors?
