Micra 1.0L Camshafts

Can somebody confirm that the camshafts from a K11 1.3 will fit in my K11 1.0L Micra

As long as they are the same ignition type. Dizzy to dizzy coil pack to coil pack...

The dizzy ones work in coilpack too, but not viceversa
