But has anyone successfully fitted a k12 instrument panel (speedo rev counter etc) into a K11? and how difficult do you think it would be?

I don't think so. Maybe Jen or guy will tell you about the connect and size. I think it will be very hard job to install. Some member use sr20 speedo in any micra. And also Prefacelift speedo in facelift micra.
