Matte black spray job?

Hi guys and gals. I will be hopefully getting a Micra SR this week, but the only problem is that I hate the greeny blue colour it is. I am wondering if there is anyone on here who is any good at spraying, and could spray it matte black for me if I supply the spray. I can only offer 80 for the job. If theres anyone on here who can do it for me after christmas, then please leave me a message. Thanks.

do it yourself. get some matt black paint. mask everything you dont want black, quick rub down then paint. thats what id do anyway. then go out and get pis*ed with the change from the 80 quid

Can't really go wrong with matte paint, no finish as such to worry about.
As sr_steve said, mask up, rub down, spray away!

I spray painted my mk4 Fiesta matte black on a friend's driveway outside for less than 80quid and most of the paint blew away in the wind anyway!

I'd roller it personally.

Thanks guys for your advice. Is it possible to just spray the matte paint directly without rubbing down the original paintwork? Couldn't you spray it for me ''skymera'' if I paid you 80. Or is it really that easy to do it myself.

You need to rub it down else the paint will just flake away.

If the paints okay I usually just use scouring pads the green ones that yer supposed to use for dishes.
