Manifold and full decat system

as im no longer selling my car until later next year i am going to do a few mods, would adding a manifold and a fulldecat make much diff to my 1ltr? what else could i do without doing an engine conversion??

The decat and manifold will make a bit of a difference - will make the exhaust sound completely different! Quite raspy sound comes from the manifold.

Yeah the exhuast will sound pretty raspy, nice though. And fitting the manifold and decat will actually increase your MPG.

Inreased mileage would be nice. I only ever hear of the janspeed manifold myself. Is there any other makes out there

I will try and find the extract from my college notes but it says in there it makes it more fuel efficient as its no as restricted.

kk cool, i have a janspeed cat back system and manged to put a bmc cold air induction kit on my car looking at de cating and maybe adding manifold will it be to loud and raspy as love sound i have now, cheers
