I run one mate ever since I snapped a cam shim and had to take the engine apart to find it!!

M12 x 1.25 mate

I've got one of these now. I'll wait until I need an oil change before fitting, it came with 2 aluminium washers, and while I was in the mood I bought another 100 on ebay, so I'm good for 102 oil changes now
