ma10et piston replacement

my friend have a march turbo engine
but one of the piston melt
cant get any ma10et pistons in the scrap yard parts place
so i want to ask if we re bore the block and put the e15et pistons will it work
will it have any disadvantages
or re bore the block and put the ga16 pistons and run low boost on it like 7psi
because i think the e15et pistons are very hard to find also


any advice will be great
