wondering if you can help. Having some trouble with my 1 litre m reg micra. It won't start when it has been raining - if I keep running the starter motor it will eventually splutter into life.
if it is left to dry out it is usually ok later that day or a day later. I've replaced the dizzie cap and rotor arm and plugs as they were corroded and I thought that damp was getting in and affecting the firing. I'm at a loss now as to why it's not starting up - I'm thinking that if it is electrical it could be further back in the ignition system - points maybe?
or could it be a fuel problem?
