lumpy idle

Hi i got a 1ltr 16v k11 n i've got a lumpy idle even when the engine is warm, (sounds like a tractor when cold) exhaust looks rough but no holes in it, can anyone suggest where to start looking?? p.s. noticed alot of sources mention the throttle body fails quickly on these cars, how do i know when it's going and can anyone recommend a good replacement that maybe beefs the engine up a bit too.

A 1.3 TB can go on a 1ltr but i'm unsure if the ECU needs to be changed as well.

Have you tried the TB solder guide off Cisco's site? (Google it if u haven't).
