lowering springs yes or no? (k12)

hi, i’m thinking about installing the eibach pro kit on my 3 door k12. A budy of mine has this kit on his golf 4 and told they were really good
For the ones that lowered k12s are they worth it?

edit: just intalled the springs and they’re awesome. its a little lower and handles like a go-kart!
