lowering seats

i want to lower my driving position (head is to close to the roof) can anyone recommend the best way of going about it, i want to keep my super s seats so swapping isn't an option

I have searched but nowt useful is coming up

Modify the rails to sit lower to the floor. Although some welding and cutting may be needed.

that easy enough still got my modified rails from when i had my adult baby seats.. i'll have a look at them see what can be done to them

you,re limited by the sidemount near the seatbelt anchor really (a crucial fitting fwn) the other 3 would be easier to lower tho
but you can get some drop by removing foam eh

its very thick at the rear karl (where the sheet metal bit drops down) and you can make it more comfy (bucketlike) i probably went a bit OTT on mine lol, so do it a bit at a time eh :grinning:

this was what was left after removing the seat from the rail on a micra seat

just thought you might be able to get another view??(Y)(Y)
