lowering a k11 micra

hello im trying to `slam` my 1997 gx, i was looking for 50-80mm springs but cant find any? also heard of corsa b coilovers?
could anyone help me before i cut the springs ha

Matt Humphris sells the springs and ebay sells the coilovers, cutting the springs will be the easiest and cheapest option though

yes but cutting the springs wont pass th nct/mot . if i was to cut the springs how many coils front and rear would you suggest for 14inch wheels?

Corsa coil overs will only lead to MOT failure aswell, buy matts springs job done!

Howso? My MOT had no problems with coilovers.

Straight pass? Im guessing this is first mot with them fitted? Give it another year and if they last and theres no other damages like rapid tyre wear etc ill change my mind. But for me and peace of mind ive gotta go with HOL springs

Straight pass, no advisories for them.

I've had no problems with them in regards to tyre wear. I use Corsa C.

They're fine so long as the springs are captive when the car is jacked up.

I think I'm just going to nct it here in ireland then after cut 1 coil off every spring or would I need 2 for the front?

1 coil off the front will do squat finto, there must be about 200 lowering threads on here, loads of options
