Lost a part! What is it called and where to get it?

Too much country road driving loosened the latch holding the rear passenger window(3dr k11) and noticed it was gone.

Now I have a loose window and a hole.

Part is similar to this

I'm missing the outer plastic circular part that screws into the inner mechanism.

I tried searching everywhere and can't find it....
