Looking for 1993 Nissan alloys center caps

Has anyone got a spare set of center caps for these alloys? They seem to be rare as this is the only picture I can find of the alloys.

Any idea what car they're from? Not seen those before!

I have them on my Sunny SR and I believe they were fitted to some micras aswell. My alloys are in a rough shape I want to get them repaired only if I can get the center caps for them.
