Look familiar?

I was gunna buy one of these electric blowers til I realised they'd have to be spinning at like 250,000 RPM to create any boost.

Be interesting to see if they would help at all. My cold air feed setup is a bit different to most others (Cone filter on top of throttle body which has plastic cone over the top of with strategically cut holes to allow me to route ducting hose to other areas of engine bay where cooler air can be sourced). Putting the fan into the middle of that system would mean that it's not just blowing onto the side of the cone, rather more forcing air into the throttle body. That said, such a low amount of pressure might do sod all.

As I said above, they just don't spin fast enough. The airflow is to little and it's more of a restriction.
Of course if you had like 10 lined up, set to come on at different stages....
