lol me again aerial and dash lights question

can the aerial on a k11 be changed for a smaller one? or will it be easier possibly to re-route and go for a shark fin?
also the dash lights are pretty poor is it easy enough to remove dials and change bulbs for maybe led ones?

I got mine from halfords, cnt remember how much something like 15 quid I think not sure, and when ya screwed it in thers a star bolt to tighten preventin quick theft,
