Late Start

My 1l k11 does not start on the first crank but will start on the second crank never mind i put the ignition on for the fuel pump to presurize and or when starting on the first attempt have to keep cranking for while for it to start; fuel filter, air filter, ignition timing, spark plugs and even the dizzy was changed, any idea what could be wrong.

please somebody help me on this

have you modded the car at all? you could possibly have an injector sticking. how does it run when you get it going?

not much mod only ga15 throttle body, cold air intake and iridium spark plugs and exhaust thats it. It runs ok but some time there will be a lack of power and then it will pick up again. used to do this even before the mods

Mine was doing that today too, a slight dip in power then runs okay again... Hmm.

solved my late start problem it was the valve that is inbuilt the pump change the pump and its tip starting thanks for the ideas fellas
