Kitting up Engine

Okay, I need a really fat list of things to do to the engine. I'm pretty well engine/car literate just this is the first time I've attempted increasing the power output of an engine instead of fixing one.

What components would I need for the engine? Ex. Spark Plugs, New hoses. Stuff like this.

Big big list please.

(No turbo or intercooler though, not really need as of yet.)

Bloody hell that is a big list

Dont think there is much else to add!

If u wanna go faster too dont forget weight, am looking at fixed racing seats, cos a pair of good bucket seats that weigh less than one original seat will make a big difference too.
