Key fob trouble

Hello all haven't been here for a long time but I'm back after my previous micra was written off. So I've bought another one obviously

Problem I have is with the key fob it only works when it wants. I've only just bought the car today and I've had to lock and unlock with passenger side.

Have changed battery in key fob and cleaned rubber cover inside. Still no joy

open the fob, remove the battery and give the inside a generous spray with electrical contact cleaner. leave for 5 minutes or so, assemble and try!

Gone again. Works for a while then plays up again. Had the dealer i bought it from order me a central locking switch as the other was loose. The little clicker behind the gear stick? I'm presuming it's that.

I've tried searching a bit on here about would it be the door motors or should I try the fuses?

The central locking button didn't make any difference

It's a 59 plate visia 1.2
