K14 whining

Hi all just joined my k14 0.9 has a whining noise on engine somewhere its definitely the engine as it increases with revs and not road speed also its cold start tickover is 1500 rpm and lumpy till it warms and even when warm if you hold rev there you can feel a vibration any ideas also due to fit forge dump valve to atmosphere and also tried changing spark plugs for iridium ones and waiting for proper socket as none of mine go down that hole lol
