Looking to upgrade my Nissan Stereo to a Kenwood Garmin Double Din Stereo.
I established that the port marked green is the power, speakers and steering control. The port highlighted blue I believe is the iPod cable connection. The red one I think is the handsfree mic fitted to the ceiling. The Kenwood system has a phono input for the mic .... Is the any converter available in the market which converts the block connector to phono.
Alternatively I am thinking of replacing the Nissan mic with a phono mic by removing the mic in the casing and placing the phono mic inside the casing. Any thoughts? Thanks
