K12 Heater Resister card...Aircon doesnt work on 1+2.

Hi,
I have a 2005 K12 and the air con dial does not work on 1 and 2, and then works on 3 and 4.

I have researched and found out this is a common fault...the resister card is bust.

Please can someone tell me where I can locate it. there is plenty of info on the net about K11's, but not on the K12. (apparently on the K11 it is located behind the glove box).

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Where is the heater resister card on the k12????!!!!!! Please help!

Behind the Glove Box,says the Haynes Manual.They also say you have to remove the complete glove box to gain access ?

finally got the job done. Had to remove the glovebox, disconnect the cable and then remove the card, as easy as that. the only bit that hurts was the impact on my wallet! £58 for a resistor card! ouch!
