K12 Heater Controls help?

My sister has a k12 and see got a new heater and fan speed thing where you can a just the temp, speed ect.

How do i get this out to put the new part in ?

here is what i'm talking about.

You have to remove the stereo and vents panel above,once thats taken out theres 2 screws at the top of the switch panel for the heaters,just comes away once they are removed.
