k12 Auto transmission question

Hi,

Question about auto transmission! I noticed recently, that when driving with last gear (doing over 50), that when i take my leg off the gas pedal, the tachometer will lower rpm-s according to speed. When doing the same thing with other gears, the rpm-s will go no matter what the speed to around 1200-1500 rpms.

It's like the transmission will not separate the engine from the wheels and it starts to decelerate like with manual transmission when you are not letting it to free run.

Anyone here has auto transmission? Can you tell me, if it should be like that by default.

What means last Gear? Are you driving in 1 or 2? 1 and 2 are force transmission only use D, maybe roads forced and accelerations make up revolutions, use 1 or 2 in very up roads, hills, etc.
