K12 1.0 Timing Chain Kit - Which to get?

After having the dreaded engine managment light come on and the camshaft sensor code thrown up I'm now fearing that the cam chain has indeed stretched and now needs changing.

The question is, which kit do I go for? Seen a few on ebay, of course I'll do the runners and tensioner, but do I need gears?
Also I'm lookin to take the engine out as it seems this is the easiest way, should I do the clutch at the same time? it's still on the OE part on just shy of 90k? I'll look at it I think when it's out and check how much friction material is left, tho if they arn't too expensive I'll change it.

Any help/advice appreciated

I would suggest a genuine on. Stuff Ebay specials for the most vital of running gear...

ive just done a chain myself, you can do it with the engine in, I did. it didn't leave the engine bay once

my guess is he already has, and thats why he intends to remove the engine

if I had to do another timing chain it would be easy to do as I now know what im doing ;-)
