that's the crankcase oil vapour extraction port.
there's a wire mesh inside which condense & captures most oil droplets back into the case, the remaining gas/vapour travels up the front pipe, in through the hollow cam cover, through the PCV, and during vacuum gets sucked into the mani to be burnt.
T-joining that hose will allow the inlet vacuum to simply suck that oil drain up and straight into the inlet = bad.
could plumb only the turbo drain onto that crankcase port and drains into the case while the front rubber pipe is blocked to prevent vacuum leak but means you lose the crankcase vent function.
or plumb the drain into the upper section of the sump.
