K11 - slow speed wiper doesn't work & no washer fluid (front and back)

Hi guys,

Thanks for reading this so far..

I have done some digging around but haven't found any specific answers.

problems are:
1) No washer fluid dispensed from front or rear
2) The slow speed wiper doesn't work (at all). Medium and fast speed work fine.

These seem to have come on at the same time. Any clues as to what this might be? Perhaps the wiper stalk itself?
