the k11 hubs should all be the same neil, are you sure you bought k11 ones ?

The part that holds the wishbone/ball joints and brakes lol

I looked at a k11 in scrappy, took k10 hub with me too see if it fitted on k11 shaft and the k10 spline bit is too small

So the k11 spline bit is to big for k10 shafts

If you get me drift

i have a k10 shaft in mine atm mate, and i have a 1.3 c/v with the same size hub spline.
the k10 outer c/v has a small inner shaft spline, but the same outer hub spline as all the k11,s.
either the early/pre-facelift k10 had a different size ? or else you have sunny hubs maybe ?

only pre-face 1.0 k11 have the smaller diff splines mate, my k10 long shaft fitted fine, and i think the short shaft is the same length too

I did notice when I was bolting it all up that my shafts were a bit short, I.e the big hub nut wouldn't go on far enough to reveal the split pin hole

So what should I be getting so that I can use k11 brakes on my build?

Keep hubs I've got and get k11 1.0 pre f/l shafts ?

If you don't mind mate.

So I know,

all k11 hub splines are the same
The pre fl k11 1.0 g/box spline fits my k10 box

they were off the car mate (scrapyard)
here,s the splines (hub 24mm dia 93mm long)
g/box, 1.3 nearly 25mm, 1.0 nearly 22mm
disc dia 235mm

Here's my k10 hub side spline

Only could measure the spline diameter roughly with a ruler lol it's about 22mm

So get some k11 shafts?

That could be why I couldn't get the nut all the way on then.

So when I go look for shafts, is there anything I need to keep an eye out for?

Or is it any shafts from the pre f/l 1.0 ?
