K11 panhard Rod adjustment help lol

Hi.
I installed a nismo panhard Rod.
How do you adjust it?

My left wheel is sligtly on the inside and my right is sligtly on the outside.
So witch way are you supposto turn it? Up or down?

Also when you adjust is the car supposto be on the ground or on jackstands?

let the car sit on all 4 wheels with no payload weighing it down.

adjust the length of the panhard until the axle is centered and both rear tyres are equal distance from the wheel arch lip (assuming they're not smashed).

then get the front wheels realigned.

Do you realy have to make a realignement on the front wheels, after that ?

Ideally (especially if it pulls to one side) but not essential.
