detach8 Feb 6, 2015 #2 The wiring definitely helps. I spent some time figuring out the speaker colour codes. You can see my thread. See: Interior cleanup and cracked panels repair P.S. Don't twist and tape. Make proper connectors. They fail over time.

Agreed on the twist and tape, I was just putting up a picture of the previous owners install. I only solder and heatshrink everything Cheers
