K11 Idle problems (im going to fix it)

I am going to have a look at my micra's problems over the next month or so.
Here are the symptoms.

The car starts first time every morning (with a massive rattley cam chain)
Once started it makes a "PUT Put PUT"noise and seems to run very rough.
There is a lot of soot coming out the exhaust and a Eggy Cat smell when stationary.

It also judders (whole car shakes)while making the "PUT PUT" sound.

Probably stalls once a day and takes a bit longer to restart.

It has also started to surge.

Where to start guys and what could these symtoms be caused by.

Hi def, I think Throttle body, too. Your car may stall when slowing down near roundabout. Check Self-diagnostic mode and see what it says. My guess is air flow meter circuit.

Done the plugs.

I didnt check the oil but the light comes on under hard cornering and i serviced it a year ago so it was spot on then.

The coolant always stays the same.

Any Micra people near Reading?

The Reading meet is on the 19th and if there are any techy guys who could have a look i will bring it.

deffo the throttle body id say mate, my nans micra had the same problem its a common fault with micras and thats what the symptoms youve explain point to aswell.
