OP OP J joe boy micra Aug 29, 2011 #3 I just fitted a Pioneer DEH-4300ub with just an iso connector and standard aerial. Its working fine. I have no idea what that extension thing was and seemed like it was joined onto a blue remote wire aswell.

OP OP J joe boy micra Aug 30, 2011 #5 I found out a bit of info on it. Its a amplified aerial adaptor. http://www.passionauto.co.uk/products/autoleads-pc5-90-iso-din-amplified-car-aerial-adaptor.html It did not make any difference on the micra. Infact it probs made the signal worse. Its alot better with the new cd player.
