Some couldn't tell me what this part on the fuel rail is that you can adjust left and right and what does it do

thats the regulator aaron, and its a fixed (3 bar) pressure rating

Thought it was a regulator Frank can you adjust the standard one? Why is there a slide that slides left and right

That's just the spring clip that you can move about, that's all.
