K11 facelift demister not working

Hi, the demister fan in my micra isn't working, the fuses all seem ok, does anyone know what it could be?

I assume the fans not working?
Not on any speed?
I am new to the Micra world but I would check the voltage at the motor or speed control card if it has one?
