K11 Eagle Eyes re-wiring

i have just purchased some new LED tail lights for my K11, they are called Eagle Eyes and they seem to require a little re-wiring before they will work properly....
Does anybody know exactly which wires go where ?
thought i would ask first before attempting it myself....
