K11 1.3, broken speedometer and fan.

Hi guys n gals.

My K11 1.3 SLY have the problems stated above.
One day (cold as hel of course) the fan just stopped.
I have switched the fuses but it still wont work.
Same with the speedometer, one day it just wouldn´t move.
I changed the ball bearings in the transmission about 1 year ago, don´t know if its relevant but probably good to note.

Any ideas?

speedo cable snapped for the speedo not working and for the fan i dont know, same thing happened to me so mines is wired up to a switch now to do manually

So how do i fix it? How do i access the cable so to say?
Does the fan work well with the manual switch?
How did you go about it?

you can access the cable from the gearbox end under the airbox, you have to unscrew it and the cable pulls out, or you can access it from behind the speedo itself, remove the bubble around the dials and take the screw out etc and it clips off the back of the dials, pull it from there also, if the cables not in 2 pieces then im lost lol and the fan there are 2 wires, live and earth, i cut into the live and wired it to a switch and then back to the live again and it works great
