unfortunately the gearbox bearings about to give up the ghost, sounds like final drive bearing, and 2nd gear synchro was abused by previous owner, anyone got a gearbox or know the best place to get one as i'm struggling to source one??
its the early type gear box with the the position switch behind the plate at the back and NO top up bung
