K11 1,0 1993 - Injector problem

One injector on my K11 1,0 1993 has a short curcuit to ground, the fuse blows. Any advise? Will it have to be replaced or can it be repaired? Here in Norway a new injector from Nissan will cost € *#% (a lot). Any advice where to buy replacement parts or used parts in the UK?
