K10 Micra fusebox assembly etc

Hi all,
Just wondered if anyone can help me, on my car just above the fusebox there's a blue box (relay?) and I wondered if anyone could shed any light on whether it's supposed to have a cap on. Mine doesn't look the same as the Haynes manual and is missing a cap with brass contacts showing. Is there meant to be a component plugged in there?
If anyone could provide a picture of theirs I'd be grateful as currently my ignition lights aren't showing up, the oil pressure light only shows up and then goes out as you'd expect once the car is started.
