K10 idle issue

My k10 micra will currently not idle on its own unless the gas is held at all times. When the red wire of the fusible link from the battery is removed the car starts and runs fine but has issues such as lights being very bright and indicators flashing very fast but also no electronics work when the engine is not running. So I either have to choose between holding revs or having strange electronics. Does anyone have a solution or advice to this problem thank you
