K10 engine oil

Any suggestions on what engine oil would be best to use in my k10 once i have down all my engine mods? basically a quick run down of whats going on, ported and polished head, turbo camshaft, custom inlet and outlet on a webber 34 carb i want the best oil flow possible Cheers guys.

Bump.. another oil thread id love to help and be basic on this subject although people might agree its about ££ and personal opinion..

To be honest an all round 10-40.. Mobil Super S is what I've got, I got a deal on it..
or Castrol Magnatec not cheap if you want 4L.. or more and most shops think the same..

either that or some good cheap oils that are recommended at A1 motor stores with the grade codes they do the job for cheap and its all the same stuff anyways unless your talking about a 1000bhp car or racing for F1 it dont really matter

Valvoline is a good professional oil although they recommend a fully synthetic but don't think anyone on here would.. and say semi synthetic!

you can have different ones like 10-30 0-30 and so on or high millage stuff that some people like ..

you can spend so little or so much on oil so dont think too hard and long . because cheap £5 oil is better than 5 year old black oil
