Good evening peeps Mike here (chunky) i come in peace from the AOC as im looking into getting a micra runaround so i can take my Pulsar off the road.

some of you may already know my car and i have spoke to one or two of you at JAE (did the head gasket get done in the end??)

I currently drive this:

I also owned a red one until a few weeks ago (regretting selling it now :/)

now the reason im looking for a run around is this:

So if you guys can give me some info on what to look out for on the micras (Rust being obvious) that would be great

Headgasket got done but unfortunately the head was warped and spewed coolant. If it was a down the road trip he'd of been ok but it 100+ miles

All I can for micras is you enjoy whatever you get. But if you get a K11... the general trend is to want a K10 afterwards

Thats a shame, i spotted the thread on here last night after I posted it.

I do like the K10's BUT i only need the car as a total run around with no intention to modify.......................

I had no intention of modifying my first GTi...... i've now had 4 and only 1 (bought as a breaker) have i not done something too haha!

I will TRY not to do anything i'll see what i can find already modified lol
